Client Services Team

The client services team is the primary point of contact between iBillionaire and our customers. You are happy to explain things to customers clearly and help them solve their problems.

The team is responsible for all client communications via phone, email, chat, twitter, and facebook. The service team is the internal champion of the customer and communicates its needs to the engineering team to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat, and social media

  • Solve customer problems, investigate why they happened, and communicate with the engineering team to fix the problems

  • Offer insights to the Engineering team to help build a better product

  • Answer questions about the product, and help sell customers on its benefits.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who exhibit a strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and who truly want to make a difference in the lives of our customers.

Successful candidates will have:

  • A strong desire to work in a startup environment

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Initiative to learn

  • Great organizational skills
